One of our most recent calls for our commercial and business friends was a local community college that faced an emergency smoke and soot remediation.  With so much square footage affected it was essential to have all areas third party tested to ensure what areas needed cleaned. With over 150,000 square feet of office space affected in high traffic areas the university put their trust in the company best suited to handle such a large loss. 

Smoke and soot damage was spread throughout the campus through the HVAC unit running during the event. Ensuring every square foot of the building was thoroughly wiped down as well as vacuumed and making sure the air was filtered through specialty equipment.
